Carol Rama (1918–2015) is one of the most outstanding female artists of modernism, who, despite her impressive and multifaceted body of work, achieved recognition only later in life. From October 11, 2024, to February 2, 2025, the SCHIRN will present the Turin-based artist in Germany’s first comprehensive retrospective, featuring around 120 works from all phases of her extraordinary oeuvre.
