Michael Riedel is internationally renowned for his work, which is located at the interface between applied graphics, fine art and literature and reflects his artistry in the field of tension of the art world. One focus is the design of invitations, posters, books, but also wallpaper and other printed matter, which make up his significant pictorial surfaces - the patterns of the art system. In 2012, the SCHIRN presented the first retrospective of his work under the title KUNSTE ZUR TEXT.
