Johanna Laub is an art historian and curator specializing in media aesthetics and archival theory. From 2020 to 2023, she was part of the graduate program “Configurations of Film” at Goethe University, where she completed her doctorate on archival practices in the moving image. Previously, she worked as a curatorial assistant at the SCHIRN on exhibitions such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Hannah Ryggen, Wildnis and Big Orchestra. She is currently responsible for the public program at the Städelschule in Frankfurt.
